A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space. Your reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another participant with written approval.
If the retreat is canceled by the host due to unforeseen circumstances (including unsafe weather conditions, property issues, or force majeure), you will receive a full refund of payments made. The host is not responsible for airfare, transportation costs, or travel-related expenses.

This retreat is a personal development and educational experience focused on clarity, reflection, and goal-setting. It is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or mental health care. The host is a Master Certified Life Coach with advanced training in Positive Psychology and a Master’s degree in Psychology. All services are coaching-based and educational in nature.
Participation in all activities is voluntary. You may decline to participate in any exercise at any time. You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during the retreat.
Participants agree to respect the privacy of others and maintain confidentiality regarding personal information shared during the retreat.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, I release and hold harmless the host, property owner, and any associated facilitators from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of participation in the retreat, including those arising from ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct.
I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating and have sought medical advice if necessary.I understand that the host is not responsible for providing medical care.
This agreement is binding upon me and my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives. By registering and submitting payment, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Release of Liability.
